The Joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM is supported by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan, the discount of registration fee for domestic people (Affiliation located in Taiwan) have been included in the Domestic Registration Fee. All fees are listed below.

How to Register
- Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference individually via On-line Registration System at the conference website https://www.ictam-ashm.com/.
- Complete registration required full payment and the relevant supporting document.
Please be noted that the registration will not be processed without the receipt of the documentation. - The conference has the right to remove the abstracts/papers from the programs if the author fails to register or complete the payment before April 8th, 2024 (GMT +8).
- Registration is only valid upon receipt of the full payment.
- Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollar and the payment could only be made with credit card. ※ Only International Credit Cards of Visa, Master and JCB are accepted.
Notification of Online Registration Process
A notification would be sent via email the online registration system to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact the Registration Office before you try to register again.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation of registration will be issued upon the receipt of your completed payment. However, registration without the relevant supporting document and full payment of registration fee in the designated deadline will be altered as On-site registration by the Conference Secretariat.
Letter of Invitation
Participants may request the invitation letter from the Conference Secretariat. The invitation is issued only for the purpose of entry visa application and is not a commitment from the Joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM organizers to provide financial aid to any applicant or their accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
On-site Registration
- The deadline for Regular Registration is May 20, 2024. All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as On-site Registration and processed on-site.
- For On-site Registration, only payment via Cash (NT$) and Credit Card (Visa, Master and JCB Card) are accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM Secretariat. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
- Before May 10, 2024 : 50% refund of Registration Fee.
- After May 10, 2024 : No refund is applicable.
All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.
Disclaimer
Every attempt will be made to present the program as printed. However, the joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, programs or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the Conference all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the joint Conference of IASTAM and ASHM secretariat is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation.
Insurance
Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Conference does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to their belongings.
